At Ark Online we believe that customers would prefer a personal service when purchasing an aquarium or terrarium online, Any aquarium over 90 Litres or Terrariums over 2ft / 60cm in length that are pre built will be delivered by us using our own vans and knowledgable staff. All other websites offer delivery on a pallet via a third party carrier where you will receive an email notifying you of a delivery day, the driver will normally unload your palleted goods kerbside, get your signature and then go, they are not insured to do anymore, it is then your responsibilty to unwrap & check your items and get them into your house, with many aquariums weighing over 40kgs this can be a difficult operation.

With ArkOnline you will get the same service as our shop customers, large aquariums and terrariums are delivered to you on our own vans by a driver who will assist you in checking and transporting the aquarium into your home, you will be regularly updated of approximate delivery times thereby saving you from waiting in for a whole wasted day, you might want to go to work, go shopping or pick up the children from school, with regular updates from our driver you will be able to do this.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer our personal delivery servive to Scotland or Northern Ireland, however if you contact us we may be able to supply these areas via a pallet delivery at an additional cost.

  Please note that Aquariums and Terrariums delivered by us are not available on next day delivery but will on most occasions be with you within 5 working days.

For an additional charge we can also deliver on Saturday or Sunday, please call us for details and availability.
