This cleaner is probably one of the best on the market and without doubt will clean up almost any amount of waste from the bottom of your pond, butit has one verypoor atribute which ends up costiny you a fortune in parts and that is the remote switch in the handle.In my case mt pond is 6ft deep so when you take the pump out you have to lay it flat but this has a disasterous consequence...water is held in the handle so when it goes down flat water gets up to the switch in the handle this in my case ended up with it getting inside the little radio control which is not adequally sealed and the water completly ruines the circuit board after a couple of times using it.This ends up costing all of £80 plus to get a replacement because you have to get the radio controled transformer too.. this is obviously designed by someone without practical knowledge in ponds.and how to ruin what should be a brilliant cleaner,what a pity.. just keep it simple and put a simple waterproof switch on and forget the radio control.
