Red Sea Reef Energy B 500ml

Red Sea Reef Energy B contains a blend of amino acids and vitamins used in the biological processes that convert the carbohydrates of Reef Energy A into useful energy for the coral.

In Nature the symbiotic Zooxanthellae algae supply most of the energy requirements of corals.  When the Zooxanthellae population is reduced, due to very low levels of the algae nutrients (nitrate and phosphate) in the aquarium water, the corals need to generate their own energy through metabolizing foods.  Corals showing bright colours therefore need a regular supply of readily available carbohydrates, amino acids and vitamins.

Aquariums will require approx. 2ml per day of both Reef Energy supplements of each 100 litres.
