Orders under £30 are charged £2.95 for p&p, orders over £30 are delivered FREE. Ark Pets Online will deliver all products within our website to any address throughout the United Kingdom most orders submitted before 3.00PM will normally be delivered next working day before 5.30PM. Certain areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles may be subject to a slightly longer delivery time and will be subject to an extra charge which you will be made aware of before your order is shipped. Ark Pets Online will at all times give our best endeavour to ensure a comprehensive delivery service but cannot be held responsible for any delays that are outside of our control. All items sent from Ark Pets Online are our responsibility until signed for by the customer, any noticeable packaging damage must be noted when signing for the delivery. Please do NOT sign for deliveries as unchecked. A small minority of products may inccur an extra delivery charge if this is the case this will be clearly visable on th products page.
Returns
Any problem with an item being damaged during transit which was not visible upon delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of being signed for. Claims made after 24 hours of signing will not be entertained as a claim by our carriers. Should a fault occur with any product purchased from Ark Pets Online which is covered by a Guarantee, must first be reported to us with details of the fault and we will advise how the claim will be dealt with. If the item covered under guarantee has to be returned to us it is your responsibility to send the item to us at Ark Pets Online, Unit 3, Haselmere Trade Park, Sutton Road, Maidstone, ME15 9NL, any genuine warranty claim will have its postage cost refunded by Ark Pets Online. All returned items must include a copy of receipt which was received with the item.
